Founded in 1977 in Civitella in Val di Chiana (Arezzo), Solettificio Do.Gi. is one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of insoles and today serves the most important international luxury brands, offering a high-quality finished product tailored to customers’ specific requirements.
Over the years, the company has invested in research and innovation, modernizing its production with advanced machinery that today supports both the workforce and the artisanal expertise that has been preserved and enhanced over time.
Do.Gi., with its current workforce of 35 employees, has achieved a production of approximately 1.5 million pairs of insoles per year.
In 2023, the company became part of Tre Zeta Group.
The acquisition is part of Tre Zeta Group’s strategy to build the leading group in the production of footwear structural components. This goal is also pursued through the expansion of control and oversight across the sneaker and formal sole supply chain, by bringing together know-how, production and commercial capabilities, and management expertise to ensure the quality of a wide range of components and further shorten customer response times.
Domenico and Giovanni Magnanensi found the company in Civitella in Val di Chiana, in the province of Arezzo.
The second generation of the family — Andrea, Gianluca, Massimiliano and Mirko Magnanensi — takes over the leadership of the company.
Do.Gi. is among the first insole manufacturers to obtain UNI ISO 9001 certification, which certifies all management processes.
Installation of a 100 kW photovoltaic system, enabling a reduction in CO₂ emissions and making production more sustainable.
